Overlooking the Wisconsin River at Pettenwell Bluff Free Climbing With Wild Rose Venturing
Members of the Wild Rose Venturing Program enjoy a variety of adventure activities that increase confidence and build character. Activities such as orienteering, high ropes, survival trekking, white water rafting and free climbing challenge adults and youth to work together while building lasting bonds.
Reaching the peak of the Pettenwell Bluff along the Wisconsin River offers a sense of accompishment and pride.
The Waushara's Promise initiative supports adventure based and traditional mentoring activities for youth of Waushara County. For more information, contact Jan Novak at jan.parkstreet@co.waushara.wi.us or by phone at 920-787-3303

Promising Waushara's Youth Connections That Count Central Wisconsin Adventures Youth Programs: Meeting and Overcoming New Challenges
Interested in a little adventure? Looking for a group where you can shine? Check out the activities of Waushara's Promise. Whether you're an adult interested in mentoring a PAL or a young person looking for support and adventure, Waushara's Promise may be just right for you.
Waushara's Promise consists of three organizations who are committed to provide youth with mentoring activities and on-going relationships with caring adults.
"We firmly believe that all youth benefit from caring relationships with adults. While such relationships may be readily available for some youth, many youth lack the opportunities to develop and receive the support these friendships provide. Our promise is to ensure that all youth, especially those who lack support, are provided with mentoring opportunities to foster personal growth and success."
Learn more about the PALS Program, Central Wisconsin Adventures Youth Programs and the Wild Rose Venturing Program by contacting Jan Novak at 920-787-3303.
